[solved] Hybrid Theme: No option for creating Block patterns

I am working on a Hybrid theme. Now i wanted to begin with creating Block Patterns. But…

My Hybrid Theme:

Blank theme created with “Create Block Theme” Plugin:

As soon as i remove the function.php from the theme directory, the “Create patten” option is visible in my Hybrid theme.

Is there a trick to enable this option anyway?

Oh my! It was my fault!
I have to whitelist the “core/block” block in my filter “allowed_block_types_all”…
