When I open the bootstrap.css file in Sublime Text 3 combined with a project open in Pinegrow the screen start flickering. I noticed problems with saving too. Pinegrow reminds me all the time that stuff is not saved.
Do you have in Sublime “auto-save” enabled…
That could maybe be the reason for the issues you mentioned.
No I haven’t even specified auto save in the preferences.
