Theme Converter 2.2 doesn't have the API access settings interface (Live data and preview)

In the Live data and preview docs page, it says

For Pinegrow Web Editor and Theme Converter you need to first set up the API access:

as it is displayed in the following screenshot in the same page: Live data and preview | Pinegrow Web Editor

But this settings interface is not displaying in my Theme Converter:

I confirm it exists in Pinegrow Web Editor - 7.93, but it doesnt inTheme Converter 2.2.

Am I missing something?
