Upgrading my Pinegrow Web Editor to +Wordpress Theme Builder

Hi, I want to upgrade my existing Pinegrow Web Editor. I want to add Wordpress Theme Builder and it shows that I can get 50% discount but when I clicked the " [Buy the WordPress add-on through Paddle >>]" it shows $50 still, not the discounted price. Is this a bug?
