Hi, I have a subscription til 2027… I assume PG9 upgrade is free to current subscribers ?
@jefferis At Pinegrow, version numbers, whether minor or major, only matter to mark functional milestones. They have no other impact.
An active subscription gives you every new version, regardless of the version number, minor or major.
For perpetual licenses, which we call ‘one-time payment’, the update validity period is 1 year from the initial purchase, one year during which you get ALL the versions we release.
When the year is over, you can choose to stick with the last version available at the end of the period and keep using it forever.
You can also buy an extra year of updates for 50% of your plan’s listed price. (Tip: During our promo periods, you can even buy additional years in advance at a reduced rate and STOCK them, which is absolutely not possible with subscriptions.)
